These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the domain trading platform DomainHeld.de (hereinafter the "Platform"). They apply to all users who register on the Platform or make use of its services.
(1) Use of the Platform requires registration. The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information.
(2) The user account is non-transferable. Each user is personally responsible for the security of their login credentials.
(1) Domains may be offered for sale or acquired via the Platform.
(2) DomainHeld.de acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for the transactions between buyers and sellers.
(3) Buyers and sellers are themselves responsible for the legal review of any domain transaction.
(1) Use of the Platform may be subject to charges. Any applicable fees will be clearly stated before a transaction is concluded.
(2) Payments are processed via external payment service providers. DomainHeld.de accepts no liability for payment defaults.
(1) Users may not offer any domains that are unlawful or contrary to public policy and accepted principles of morality.
(2) Use of the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
(3) Breaches of these provisions may result in the suspension or deletion of the user account.
(1) DomainHeld.de shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Platform.
(2) We provide no warranty as to the availability, accuracy or lawfulness of the domains offered.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is available on the Platform at all times.
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
